Observation of the effect of the "broken window theory" of ICU nursing safety management (2)
The hospital's intensive care unit has 23 beds, 49 nursing staff at all levels, 5 intermediate titles, and 44 junior and lower titles. Data were collected from 240 patients admitted to the hospital intensive care unit from October 2016 to September 2017. Before the implementation of the "broken window theory", a total of 120 cases were recorded from October 2016 to March 2017, including 63 males and 57 females. ; Age is 38 ~ 78 years. After implementing the "Broken Window Theory", there were 120 cases in April-September 2017, including 61 males and 59 females; the age ranged from 37 to 79 years. Comparing the basic data of the two groups of patients, the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), and there was comparability.
